PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY! IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY.

The purchase of Maison Beljanski products are conducted under the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. Purchase of the Products implies acknowledgement and acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

Payment, Pricing And Rates

All goods remain the property of MAISON BELJANSKI until completion of payment. MAISON BELJANSKI reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time. The products will be billed based on the prices that apply at the time of the order. MAISON BELJANSKI is not responsible for any applicable exchange rate applied by your bank.

All major credit cards are accepted. The name and billing address used for the order must be those of the credit card holder.

We do not accept wire transfers; however we do accept money orders and cashier checks or personal checks drawn from a bank located in the United States of America. All checks should be paid to the order of Maison Beljanski.

 

Taxes/Duties

Payments of all supplemental taxes or duties, if any, are the customer’s sole responsibility. The customer is responsible for all the formalities and compliance with the country’s local laws and regulations relating to the importation of the products.

 

Shipping And Handling

Shipping and handling charges will be displayed on MAISON BELJANSKI's invoice(s).

 

Order Modifications

Orders may be modified if MAISON BELJANSKI receives notice (by phone, fax or e-mail) before the order has been shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: MAISON BELJANSKI strives to ship all orders within 24 hours after processing.

 

Returns

Upon receipt of your order, please check to make sure that it is in good condition (i.e., not damaged or defective) immediately notifying MAISON BELJANSKI if there is a problem.

Any item shipped by MAISON BELJANSKI may be returned as long as the return meets the following conditions:

• MAISON BELJANSKI has received notification (by phone, fax or e-mail) within 14 days of receipt of the product.
• It is new, in its original packaging and unopened.
• Upon receiving your notification of a return, MAISON BELJANSKI will issue you a return code that must be included in your return shipment, and you will also receive return shipping instructions that must be followed.
• Returned items must be shipped to MAISON BELJANSKI by certified mail that includes a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to send MAISON BELJANSKI a confirmation when a returned order has been shipped, and to include this tracking number in the confirmation.
• MAISON BELJANSKI must receive the returned item in new condition as stated above within 30 days of purchase.
• Special sale items are considered final and orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: Customer is responsible for all costs of shipping, handling and possible taxes/duties of returned items.

All properly returned orders will be fully reimbursed, less a banking fee of 7% to cover credit card processing, plus $5 per item for handling and restocking processing.

If MAISON BELJANSKI ships the wrong product, the customer must follow the return conditions stated above so that the order will be replaced at no extra charge.

 

Promotions/Offers

At different times during the year and during special occasions or events, periodic promotions and sales valid for a limited period of time are available on selected products. These sales are considered final and orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Reward Points

Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable at the time of purchase towards the cost of your order. This applies to all of our products, with the exception of our Professional line. Warranties, Disclaimers

MAISON BELJANSKI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

Limitation Of Liability

MASION BELJANSKI assumes no liability or responsibility for the use of its products beyond the information provided in its communications. MAISON BELJANSKI assumes no liability for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided here in.

 

Applicable Law; Not For Resale

Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. Customer agrees and represents that it is buying for its own internal use only, and not for resale. MAISON BELJANSKI has separate terms and conditions governing resales.

 

Trademark Protection

All trademarks appearing on MAISON BELJANSKI websites, brochures, order forms and other communications are the exclusive property of MAISON BELJANSKI or its licensor.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. All sales take place in, and are subject to, the laws of the State of New York, United States of America.

 

Miscellaneous

MAISON BELJANSKI may, at its own discretion, revise its Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
